Returns/Exchanges

All Sales are Final, due to COVID-19 and our high regard for the health and safety of our customers.

We do not offer returns OR exchanges on items due to incorrect size chosen by the customer, change of heart on color, etc. Please contact us via email if you are unsure before purchasing.

If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment. Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before processing an order. We only send to the address you provide during order processing.

However, to be eligible for an Exchange/Return:

Item must have been damaged upon receipt.  Item must be unworn and unwashed.  Item has incorrect sizing from what was ordered.  Item must be returned within 15 days from delivered date.  We require a receipt or proof of purchase.  All items will be replaced with the same item in the same color, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Opregte Liefde will not be responsible for shipping your exchange back to us.  Opregte Liefde will cover the cost of shipping out your correct size back to you.  Email: support@OpregteLiefde.com with order issue and the return address will be provided.
